Business Development Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets •seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation •generate leads and cold call prospective customers •meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone •foster and develop relationships with customers/clients •understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these •think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business •work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes •Set aggressive targets and track all metrics. Your responsibilities will include: •Managing a team •Reviewing organization process and see how it can be improved •Managing customers & handling any escalations (the goal would be to minimize escalations) •Customer retention & happiness •Handling customer support, maintenance, admin & accounts.

Relationship Manager

We are looking for a bright, well-spoken, hardworking go-getter to join our high-performance tenant acquisition team. You will need to select, verify, negotiate and close tenants for the properties assigned to you. You will present metrics on a monthly basis, and ensure that the growth and occupancy rate goals are achieved. You will need to be able to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives and meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Requirements * At least 1 year of Sales Experience, with a high-performance track record. Track record of over-achieving quota * Excellent written and spoken communication.
