A Silvehive property qualifies as a Premier Property if it satisfies the following objective benchmarks.
1. Property situated within a 15-minute radius of offices, hospitals, and shopping centers.
Top-notch Security
2. Property located within a gated community or secured society.
Outstanding Amenities
3. Property constructed by a Grade A builder or with a recognized reputation, such as Brigade, Adarsh, Vaswani, Purvankara, Shobha, Assetz
4. Amenities like Club House, Sports facilities, Swimming pool, and Gym are available.
5. Property equipped with power backup/generator facilities.
6. In-house maintenance services ensure swift response and resolution for service issues.
Meticulous Maintenance
7. Last 3 property audits conducted by Silverhive reveal no significant outstanding issues.
8. Regular property audits conducted every 2 months.
Platform and Agreement

Golden Properties on the platform will be designated with a "Golden" tag. Owners, tenants, and the Silverhive team will have visibility of these properties on the platform.

Golden properties will come with a 11-month lock-in period.

The responsibility for maintaining the status of these properties on the platform will be with the Operations Manager for the respective area.
